Early one morning I saw that they had a 2010 Iron 883 in stock so I gave them a call and was greeted by Jack Frost who was just wonderful. That morning I faxed him my application then ran a few errands and grabbed a bite. By noon, I received a call saying I was approved and by that afternoon I was on my way with my new Iron. Their customer service was so great that I had them service my wife's motorcycle also and treated us both with such positive and upbeat courtesy. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. "A lot of dealerships want to sell to women but at Whitt's they want to actually work with you. Buying a new motorcycle was something I had been kicking around for over a year. I had looked other places but just didn't feel it. Jim made it easy to take the plunge! He took me seriously with no pressure or fast talking. I have never felt so comfortable making a new vehicle purchase. Mike, the F&I manager was also wonderful to work with. Professional, pleasant, honest, and up-front--very easy to work with. Picked it up on Tuesday afternoon and it is late Wednesday and my new bike has 150 miles on it already. The total dealership was super nice to deal with. No pressure and super knowledgable. "I purchased my Buell 1125R, in the evening, on September 18th. I made arrangements over the phone with Jim on the 17th. We finalized the arrangements the afternoon of the 18th. When I arrived to pick up the motorcycle, everything was ready. Jim introduced me to Mike, the finance manager, and we signed the paperwork and made arrangements for insurance. Jim prepared the bike. The whole experience was smooth as the powerband on the Buell. "It's the entire experience that counts, and with Whitts you just can't go wrong. When I walked through the doors a couple of months ago, Jim shook my hand and answered all the questions I had. No pressure, no nonsence. (and those two made all the difference for me compared to other places) Two days later I was the owner of an 08 Fat Bob. Last week I brought my bike in for it's 1k service, and even though the service department is crazy busy at the moment, it was ready by 4pm that afternoon.

"It’s been a number of years since I rode a motorcycle and I got the fever again. I checked around at a number of Harley Dealers without finding the bike I wanted. I decide to contact Whitts Harley Davidson to see what they had in stock. Bryan Florence answered the phone and pulled up exactly what I was looking for. I rode down on a Saturday to look at the bike, not sure if this was the way to go. Since I never owned a Harley Davidson before, Bryan spent a little longer showing different bikes and all their options. At no time did Bryan ever try to pressure me. I felt like I have known him for many years. I was very pleased with Whitts Harley Davidson and all the staff. Thanks again for the great service and will surly come back again.
