Whitt’s Harley-Davidson/Buell Loyalty Card FAQ’s
Why do I want a Loyalty Card?
Simply put the program costs you nothing and you earn points that can be spent at Whitt’s Harley-Davidson/Buell (almost sounds like something for nothing).
How do I sign up?
Fill out a sign-up form and we will mail you a card in the next 2-3 weeks or stop by the dealership and a cashier at the Parts or MotorClothes counter can sign you up in a few minutes time and get you a card on the spot. The form must be filled out Completely and Legibly. PLEASE NOTE: a valid email address is REQUIRED.
Why is my email address required?
We are minimizing our print advertising and need a more reliable and efficient means of keeping you, our customer, informed of changes in the program, future specials, upcoming events, etc. Your email address will allow us to do this.
We do not sell our customers info and it will be used by us to keep you informed and occasionally to get your feedback.
What if I don’t have an email address?
Get one, this is the 21st century after all.
How do I earn Points?
You receive 1 loyalty point for every dollar you spend on Parts, Accessories and MotorClothes at Whitt’s Harley-Davidson/Buell. Loyalty points may be converted to a gift card at predetermined levels (see charts below) that can be used at Whitt’s Harley-Davidson/Buell for future purchases.
What if I forgot my card?
Don’t forget, keep it with you at all times. Loyalty points can only be applied at the time of purchase if the card is present. But if you did forget, bring your Loyalty card in within 30 days with your receipt of purchase, we will make copies of both to be submitted for verification. Points will only be added and redeemable after verification of qualifying purchase has been preformed (please be patient as this may take a few days).
Are there restrictions to what items earn points?
In a word, Yes. Motorcycles and/or labor purchases do not apply. Most everything else does qualify, but if you are not sure please ask.
Are there restrictions on what I can purchase with the redeemed gift card?
No, if it’s for sale you can use your gift card to purchase it.
May I use the gift card earned on the original purchase?
No, gift cards can only be used on future purchases.
May I redeem points for previous purchases (prior to sign up)?
No, only purchases made after signing up for the Loyalty Card program qualify to earn points.

We are not responsible for you getting your emails so you should verify your email address is correct and check your spam filters. Whitt’s Harley-Davidson/Buell’s Loyalty Card program is optional, but as you can see, if you do not sign up you cannot reap the rewards. Loyalty Card points and Gift Cards have no actual cash value. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
